Position: Telesales Executive
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (In-hand)

About the Role:

Elvomax India Ltd is hiring Telesales Executives to join our growing team! If you're confident on the phone, great at convincing people, and have experience in B2B sales, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls to businesses for lead generation and sales

• Communicate fluently in Hindi, English, and native/state languages

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups

• Present and pitch our products/services clearly and persuasively

• Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activity

• Support the sales process from lead to conversion, ensuring client satisfaction
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

• Confident, proactive, and target-driven personality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable speaking in Hindi, English, and at least one regional language if possible

• Basic knowledge of sales and client relationship building is a plus
