We are hiring enthusiastic candidates for Customer Support, Banking Sales, and Voice Process roles with leading organizations.

📌 Available Roles

• Customer Support Executive (Inbound/Blended)

• Banking Sales Executive

• Outbound Sales Executive

• Voice Process Associate

👤 Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Minimum HSC (12th Pass) required.

• Graduates are also welcome.

• PAN Card is mandatory.

• Full-time candidates only (No pursuing candidates).

💼 Salary

• Freshers: ₹16,500 – ₹20,000 CTC (Up to ₹18,000 In-hand)

• Experienced: ₹17,500 – ₹25,000 CTC (Up to ₹21,500 In-hand)

• Attractive performance incentives (for applicable sales processes)

• Night shift allowance of ₹120–₹150 per night (for eligible processes)

🕒 Shift Details

• Fixed Day Shift (for selected processes)

• Rotational Shift / 24×7 Shift (process-dependent)

• 1 Rotational Week Off or Fixed Sunday Off (depending on the process)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Assist customers by resolving queries and providing accurate information.

• Promote banking products and services where applicable.

• Generate leads and achieve sales targets for sales processes.

• Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.

✅ Skills Required

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Customer handling and interpersonal skills.

• Sales and convincing skills (for sales roles).

• Active listening and problem-solving ability.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts (if required).

• Versant Level 4/5/6 preferred for applicable processes.
