Tele sales executive

In the role the candidate will have to perform the below mentioned duties on a regular basis and share reports with the management:

· Generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, identifying their needs, and persuading them to avail printing services;

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business;

· Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a monthly basis;

· Providing excellent customer service and support to customers;

· Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge;

· Collaborating with the sales team: Collaborating with other members of the sales team to achieve overall sales goals;

· Updating customer information: Entering and updating customer information in the database;

· MIS: Maintaining and sharing performance on a daily basis with the management and marketing team;

Requisite:

· The candidate should have a pleasing personality, good communication skills, be good negotiators, and thrive in target-driven environment;

· Candidate should be aware of the latest trend in the industry and have deep understanding of the Real Estate industry;

· Minimum 2-year experience required in Conceptual selling / B2B selling / B2C selling;

· Prior work-experience or education in Real Estate Industry will be a plus;

· Candidate should have smartphone & laptop.

Compensation:

· Incentives shall be provided over and above the fixed salary on a quarterly basis, on performance basis.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
