Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive with more than 2 years of experience to join our growing team at Legal Capital Law Firm. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound sales calls, generating leads, explaining legal and financial services, and converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and CRM systems.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Coordinate with legal consultants and internal teams for client onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Provide regular feedback on customer requirements and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer relationship management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and regional languages.
Strong convincing and sales-closing abilities.
Basic knowledge of legal, financial, or consultancy services is preferred.
Ability to work under target-driven environments.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
