Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Explain company products/services and address customer queries.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into sales.
Maintain and update customer information in CRM/database.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and closures.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare sales reports and update management on progress.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
