Job Responsibilities:

• Explain salon services, prices, discounts and special offers.

• Encourage customers to visit the salon and book appointments.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert them into clients.

• Promote salon packages and memberships to increase sales.

• Contact existing customers to encourage repeat visits.

• Maintain customer details and daily calling records.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication skills.

• Confident and good at convincing people.

• Previous telecalling or sales experience preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
