Job Description – Telesales Executive (Loan Process)

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates for the position of Telesales Executive – Loan Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining loan products, and assisting customers throughout the loan application process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding loan offers and services

• Explain personal loan / business loan products to customers

• Handle customer queries professionally
  

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Kannada or Telugu and Basic English

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Qualification:

• 10th / PUC
  

Salary:

• 17,000 - 22,000 Takehome+CTC+ Incentives
