Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team in Dehradun. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to inform them about our products/services, generate leads, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Explain products/services clearly and effectively.
  Generate leads and convert them into sales.

• Maintain customer database and update CRM records.

• Follow up with customers for pending inquiries.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate (Any Discipline).

• Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
  Experienced candidates in telesales/telecalling preferred.
