Job Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate property-related leads.

● Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential projects.

● Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

● Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

● Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead details in the CRM/database.

● Build strong relationships with prospective clients and assist them throughout the initial sales process.

● Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation and site-visit targets.

Requirements

● Excellent communication and convincing skills.

● Prior experience in telesales, telecalling or real estate will be preferred.

● Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

● Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

● Positive attitude, target-oriented approach and willingness to learn.
