Telecalling – 8 -10 nos(with target+incentives)

Job Description:-

· Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

· Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information

· Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities

· Explain products/services clearly to customers

· Handle customer queries & resolve complaints professionally

- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets

· Update CRM with call details

· Maintain customer records and databases

· Proficiency in Excel

Salary Package:- 23000 to 30000
