### Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and leads received through IndiaMART.

- Connect with potential customers and understand their medicine requirements.

- Pitch suitable pharmaceutical products according to customer needs.

- Share product details, quotations, pricing, and other relevant information with customers.

- Follow up with leads to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

- Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, pricing, and order processing.

- Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.

- Build strong customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.

### Eligibility Criteria

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Basic knowledge of sales, customer handling, and lead management.

- Experience in pharmaceutical sales or IndiaMART sales will be preferred.

- Freshers with good communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.

- Basic computer knowledge is required.
