What will you drive?

Reach daily lead targets and engage prospects effectively
Maintain strong calling activity (tracked via calling minutes)
Focus on performance and result-driven outcomes
Achieve monthly targets and improve negotiation skills
Undergo 7–15 days of training (classroom + on-the-job)
Handle challenges confidently with structured training support
Earn incentives based on targets, conversions, and performance
Aim to exceed targets and maximize rewards

Strong discipline and customer negotiation skills
