Job Title: Retail Sales Executive / Customer Sales Executive (Pre-Owned Cars)

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in buying and selling pre-owned cars.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Handle customer inquiries and provide end-to-end sales support.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Maintain professionalism while interacting with customers and team members.

Eligibility

Minimum 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience.

Graduate preferred; exceptional undergraduate candidates will also be considered.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive attitude.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Male and Female candidates are both eligible to apply.

Job Details

Working Days: 6 days a week

Weekly Off: Rotational

Weekend Availability: Saturday and Sunday may be working days depending on the assigned shift.

Compensation: Fixed salary + Attractive performance incentives + Statutory benefits.

Training: Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
