🔹 Handle Sales Calls – Connect with customers through calls and explain Insurance Products and Personal Loan Offers in a clear and professional way.

🔹 Lead Conversion – Understand customer needs, solve their basic queries, and convince interested customers to proceed with the sales process.

🔹 Sales Target Achievement – Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets for Insurance and Personal Loan Sales.

🔹 Customer Follow-up – Maintain regular follow-up with customers, build trust, and ensure smooth closure of sales opportunities.

🔹 Communication & Experience Requirement – Candidate must have Good Communication Skills, strong Convincing Ability, and prior experience in Insurance Sales / Loan Sales / Calling Process will be an added advantage.
