Job Summary

Astroswami is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their concerns, and guide them toward suitable astrology consultations, reports, and spiritual services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through outbound calls and follow-ups.

• Understand customer requirements, concerns, and life challenges.

• Explain Astroswami's astrology services, consultations, reports, and remedies.

• Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and relationship building.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with astrologers and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Follow up with existing customers for repeat business and service renewals.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

• Good listening and customer handling skills.

• Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience.

• Positive attitude and target-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales is preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
