Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over calls, explaining our services, and generating sales/leads.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided data
Explain company services and generate interest
Convert leads into sales or qualified appointments
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Follow up with interested prospects
Maintain call records and update CRM
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English)
Confident and positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Prior telecalling/tele sales experience is a plus
