We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Telesales Executive to generate leads, connect with prospective customers, explain products/services, and convert inquiries into sales. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to achieve sales targets through telephone calls and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.

• Explain products, pricing, features, and services to customers.

• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order processing.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Handle inquiries received through IndiaMART, website, WhatsApp, and other lead platforms.

• Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports.

• Identify potential customers and explore new sales opportunities.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.

• Ability to maintain sales records and reports.

• Experience with IndiaMART will be an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualification

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
