Job Title: Telesales Executive
Work Mode: In-Office (No Work From Home)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Working Schedule: Monday–Saturday (Weekly Off: Sunday)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, presenting our services effectively, and driving conversions through strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential clients who have downloaded the AdKrity application
Clearly explain company services and value propositions
Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions
Convert leads into successful sales
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Salary & Perks
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Performance Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹4,000 on a weekly basis
