Position: Telesales Executive – Justdial & Udaan Leads

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telesales Executive to handle customer enquiries and leads received through platforms such as Justdial and Udaan. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products, following up regularly, and converting enquiries into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with leads received from Justdial, Udaan, WhatsApp, and other sources.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

- Explain product specifications, pricing, minimum order quantities, and delivery details.

- Send product catalogues, quotations, images, and other information through WhatsApp/email.

- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into sales.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and orders.

- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Coordinate with the production, accounts, and dispatch teams for customer orders.

- Follow up on pending quotations, payments, and deliveries.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and potential dealers/retailers.

- Provide regular sales and lead-conversion reports to the management.

Requirements

- 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.

- Freshers can apply; sales experience is an advantage.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and computers.

- Comfortable making a high volume of customer calls.

- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.

- Knowledge of Hindi/Kannada/English is an advantage.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹ 15000 per month

Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives

Experience: 0–3 years

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be confident, energetic, persuasive, and good at communicating with customers, with the ability to consistently follow up and convert online enquiries into genuine sales.
