Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Loan Sales Officer responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, promoting loan products, and achieving assigned sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and understand their financial and loan requirements.

• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.

• Collect and verify required customer documents and KYC details.

• Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth loan processing.

• Follow up with customers from application submission to loan disbursement.

• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets assigned by management.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.

• Ensure accurate and timely updating of customer and sales information in the system.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, KYC requirements, and ethical sales practices.

• Ensure that no unauthorized fees or payments are collected from customers.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and activity reports to the reporting manager.

  Working Days - Monday - Saturday

  Working hours - 9: 30 - 6:30 pm

  Location - Sanjay place, Agra
