Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound/Inbound calling to connect with potential retail customers.

• Pitch and sell Personal Loans or Credit Cards to prospective clients.

• Understand customer needs and guide them to choose the right financial product.

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain a high quality of service and accurate database documentation.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Experience: Mandatorily requires experience in the retail industry, specifically selling Personal Loans or Credit Cards.

• Qualification: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.

• Skills: Excellent communication, strong persuasion, and active listening skills.

Shift & Working Hours:

• Shift Timings: Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

• Compulsory Hours: 9 hours of login/working time per day is mandatory.

• Weekly Off: Rotational weekly off structure.
