Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele Sales / Tele Collection / Referral & Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, generating sales opportunities, following up on payments, obtaining customer referrals, and providing excellent customer support.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer conversations professionally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tele Sales

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain products/services, offers, pricing, and benefits clearly.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

• Maintain daily call and sales records.

• Achieve assigned calling, lead conversion, and sales targets.

2. Tele Collection

• Contact customers regarding pending or overdue payments.

• Follow up professionally with customers and remind them about payment due dates.

• Understand customer concerns related to payments and provide appropriate assistance.

• Maintain accurate records of collection calls and payment commitments.

• Follow company policies and procedures while handling collection activities.

• Achieve assigned collection and follow-up targets.

3. Customer Referrals

• Build good relationships with existing customers.

• Request and generate referrals from satisfied customers.

• Contact referred customers and introduce the company's products/services.

• Maintain referral details and track referral status.

• Follow up regularly to maximize referral conversions.

4. Customer Support

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

• Understand and resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, processes, and policies.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.

• Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM/system.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.

• Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.

• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

• Ability to handle difficult customer conversations professionally.

• Tamil and English communication skills preferred; knowledge of additional local languages is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree.

• Freshers can apply.

• Previous experience in tele sales, telecalling, collections, customer support, or relationship management will be an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹27,000 per month

• Incentives: Performance-based incentives applicable.
