Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Telemarketing Executives (TME) to join our dynamic sales team in Pune. The role involves outbound calling, generating leads, onboarding new clients, and promoting  products and services. Candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any Graduate or Post-Graduate (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, MBA, BTech, BE, PGDM, PGDBM, etc.)

Age Limit: 18 – 34 years

Experience: Fresher / Undergraduates with up to 1 year experience are also eligible

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell  services.

Generate leads and onboard new business customers.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

Communicate clearly in English and regional languages (Hindi, Marathi).

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets consistently.

Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business.

Skills Required

Excellent communication and convincing skills

Strong interpersonal and time management skills

Go-getter attitude with a focus on targets

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)

Prior experience in outbound calling or telesales preferred (not mandatory)

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month (CTC) + Performance Incentives

For Freshers:

Months 1–3: ₹18,631 CTC (Approx. ₹14,500 in hand)

From Month 4 onwards: ₹23,290 CTC (Approx. ₹18,800 in hand)

Retention Bonus: ₹13,000 (Payable in 5th month)

For Experienced Candidates:

₹23,290 CTC (Approx. ₹18,800 in hand)
