Job Title: Telemarketing Sales Executive

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹21,000 CTC (Performance-based with incentives)

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Telemarketing Sales Executives (both male and female candidates) to join our dynamic team. As a Telemarketing Sales Executive, you will engage with potential customers over calls, promote products and services, and achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.

• Explain product benefits, features, and offers clearly in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

• Identify customer needs, answer queries, and persuade them to make purchases.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Maintain accurate customer information and call records in CRM tools.

• Follow up with interested leads to close deals.

• Provide timely feedback to the manager regarding customer requirements and challenges.

• Work closely with the sales team to align on strategies and process improvements.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Age Limit: Below 30 years.

• Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass), graduates preferred.

• Freshers: Eligible with excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Experienced: Compensation will be based on previous CTC.

• Interview Process: 3 rounds – Assessment Test, HR Interview, Manager Interview.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
