Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Job Type: Full-Time | Field-Based
Key Responsibilities:
Actively generate leads and promote company products/services directly to customers in the field.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance sales and service quality.
Visit customers at their homes, businesses, or other locations to present product features and benefits.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as per company expectations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and daily field reports.
Identify new sales opportunities and expand market presence.
Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the management.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for improved outreach.
Qualification:
Any Degree or Diploma (in any discipline).
Experience:
Minimum of 6 months of strong field sales experience.
Freshers with good communication skills and interest in field sales may also apply.
Age Limit:
Maximum age limit of 35 years.
Requirements:
Smartphone & Personal Bike are compulsory for field visits.
Candidate should be a self-starter with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to work in field-intensive roles.
Preferred immediate joiners.
Salary & Incentives:
Maximum CTC : ₹4,00,000 Per Annum.
