We are looking for a results-driven Telemarketing Executive to promote and sell education software solutions to students, colleges, training institutes, and educational organizations. The role involves managing the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation and cold calling to product pitching, follow-ups, closing deals, and post-sale coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and institutions to introduce our education solutions.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable software/services.
Handle end-to-end sales process including lead qualification, demos coordination, negotiation, and closure.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Build long-term relationships through regular follow-ups and support.
Requirements:
Good communication and persuasion skills in English and regional languages.
Experience in tele-sales, edtech sales, or software sales preferred.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and online meeting platforms.
