We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our DSA (Direct Selling Agent) loan division. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining various loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Credit Card, etc.), and converting leads into successful applications.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.
Explain loan products offered by multiple banks and NBFCs.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
Collect and verify required documents from customers.
Coordinate with backend and sales teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
Maintain call logs, lead records, and follow-up details in CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi, English, local language).
Basic understanding of loan products and financial terms.
Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools).
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or DSA loan process will be an advantage.
