We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to support our Automobile sales team. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and an interest in automobiles.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases Explain vehicle features, offers, services, and promotions clearly Generate and qualify leads for the sales team Schedule test drives and showroom visits Follow up with existing customers for feedback, renewals, or referrals Maintain accurate call records and customer data in CRM systems Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth customer handove
