Telecalling Job Description

A Telecaller is responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, explaining products or services, generating leads, and assisting customers with their queries.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.

Explain products, services, offers, and company policies.

Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.

Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.

Handle customer questions and resolve basic issues professionally.

Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

Follow up with customers regarding payments, appointments, orders, or services.

Maintain a polite, professional, and positive attitude during calls.

Requirements

Good communication skills in English and/or local languages.

Basic computer knowledge.

Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle customers patiently.

Freshers can apply; prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
