About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Tele-Caller cum Tele-Marketer to generate leads for our CA firm. The candidate will promote our accounting, taxation, and compliance services through outbound calls and occasional field visits.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce CA and accounting services
* Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups
* Maintain call records and update lead status
* Conduct field visits when required to explain services and close leads
* Build and maintain positive client relationships
**Requirements:**
* Good communication and convincing skills
* Basic understanding of accounting services (preferred)
* Ability to work in both tele-calling and field-marketing roles
* Energetic, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
