Eligibility

12th Pass with a minimum of 6 months of experience, or

Graduates (Any Stream) – Freshers can apply.

# Experience

0–5 years of experience.

Prior BPO or Telecalling experience will be an added advantage.

# Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to identify and connect with potential customers.

• Introduce company products/services and generate customer interest.

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling.

• Work efficiently on assigned databases and call lists.

• Maintain and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.

• Verify customer details, requirements, and preferences.

• Qualify leads based on Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline (BANT).

• Handle initial customer queries and objections professionally.

• Share qualified leads with the sales team for further closure and ensure a smooth handover.

# Skills Required

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Target-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejection.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

• Prior BPO/Telecalling experience preferred.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month (CTC)

• Performance-based incentives.
