Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telemarketing Executives to support lead generation and pre-sales activities. The role involves engaging with potential customers, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to identify and connect with potential customers.
Introduce company products and services to generate customer interest.
Qualify leads and share them with the sales team for further follow-up.
Maintain and update customer information accurately in CRM systems.
Handle customer queries professionally and support the pre-sales process.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
12th Pass with a minimum of 6 months of experience, or Graduates (Freshers can apply).
Experience: 0–5 Years.
Languages: English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Age: 18–30 Years.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹23,000 CTC per month.
