We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Telemarketing Executives to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong convincing ability, and prior experience in telesales, renewals, or retention processes.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Contact registered candidates/customers and explain company services and paid packages

🔹 Educate customers about application features and service benefits

🔹 Promote and convert customers for paid membership plans (3-month & 6-month packages)

🔹 Build awareness about the platform and its offerings

🔹 Handle customer queries professionally and maintain strong relationships

🔹 Achieve sales and conversion targets through effective communication

🔹 Maintain proper follow-ups and customer interaction records
