We are looking for an experienced Telecalling Team Leader to manage and guide a telesales team for Personal Loan, Business Loan and OD Limit products.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and guide a team of telecalling executives
• Ensure daily calling targets and lead follow-ups
• Support team in lead conversion and objection handling
• Maintain team discipline and productivity
• Monitor CRM updates and daily performance reports
• Achieve individual as well as team sales targets
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth file processing
