A Telecalling Team Leader supervises, trains, and motivates a team of telecallers or sales agents to meet daily call, lead generation, and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of 8 to 15 telecallers.
Target Achievement: Track daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality.
Training & Coaching: Train new hires on calling scripts, product knowledge, and objection handling.
Call Audits: Listen to live or recorded calls to ensure quality, script adherence, and proper CRM data entry.
Escalation Handling: Handle difficult customer calls or complaints that agents cannot resolve.
Reporting: Prepare performance reports, attendance logs, and productivity summaries for senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of experience in telecalling, BPO, or sales, with prior team-handling experience.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate, discipline, and manage team dynamics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, spreadsheets (Excel), and dialer systems.
