1. TEAM LEADER – LOAN RECOVERY

Experience: 2–5 years in Loan Recovery / Collections
Qualification: Graduate preferred

Responsibilities:

Manage and motivate the recovery/telecalling team
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly collection targets
Monitor team performance and customer follow-ups
Train team members on calling and collection techniques
Handle escalated customer cases
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports
Ensure professional and compliant customer communication

2. TELE CALLER – LOAN RECOVERY

Experience: Fresher / Experienced candidates can apply
Qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue EMIs
Explain outstanding dues and payment options
Follow up on payment commitments
Maintain accurate call and follow-up records
Handle customer queries professionally
Achieve assigned collection and calling targets
