We are looking for a proactive and experienced Team Lead to manage a small team and drive sales of our nutrition and wellness products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a proven track record in sales.
Lead and manage a small team of sales/telecalling executives.
Monitor team performance and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met.
Train, motivate, and guide team members for better productivity.
Promote and sell nutrition and wellness products to customers.
Handle escalated customer queries and provide effective resolutions.
Maintain daily sales reports and coordinate with management for updates.
Ensure quality standards are followed in communication and sales processes.
Support the team in achieving individual and team-based goals.
3–4 years of experience in sales or team handling roles.
Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
Fluent in English, Tamil, Telugu (Hindi is an added advantage).
Ability to meet targets and manage a fast-paced work environment.
Good understanding of nutrition/wellness products (preferred).
No night shift
