About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage, guide, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, team handling experience, and the ability to drive performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team on a daily basis.

• Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.

• Train, motivate, and guide team members.

• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

• Develop sales strategies to increase business growth.

• Handle escalations and support team members in closing deals.

• Maintain reports related to sales, attendance, and productivity.

• Coordinate with management for business planning and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• 2–5 years of experience in sales/team handling.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good knowledge of CRM and reporting tools.

• Target-oriented and problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B/B2C sales.

• Team management and training experience.

Strong interpersonal and decision-making abilities
