• Sales team ko daily / weekly / monthly targets assign aur track karna

• Team members ko guide, train aur motivate karna

• Sales performance ko monitor karna aur regular reports banana

• Leads conversion aur follow-ups ko ensure karna

• Management aur sales team ke beech proper coordination maintain karna

• Sales strategies implement karna aur product knowledge improve karna

• Team productivity aur revenue growth ko boost karna
