Job Location: Vibhuti khand ,gomti nagar ,lucknow
Experience: 2–5 years
Salary: Fixed + Performance Incentives (Performance base salary)
Lead and manage a team of telecallers / sales executives.
Allocate daily targets and ensure team productivity.
Monitor calls, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
Train and motivate team members on finance products and sales techniques.
Handle escalated customer queries and support closures.
Coordinate with sales, credit, and operations teams.
Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.
Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
Good knowledge of financial products (loans, LAP, etc.).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under targets and pressure.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in finance, loan sales, or banking preferred.
Proven experience in team management.
