Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Team Leader to manage, guide, and support a team. The Team Leader will be responsible for daily operations, staff coordination, performance monitoring, and ensuring smooth service delivery to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day team operations
Guide, support, and motivate team members
Assign duties and ensure work is completed on time
Coordinate between office staff, field staff, and management
Handle staff issues, attendance, and basic discipline
Monitor staff performance and report to management
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Support in hiring, training, and onboarding new staff
Handle client issues and ensure service quality
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports
