Lead and manage a team of telesales executives on a daily basis.
Drive team target achievement through proper guidance, monitoring, and follow-up.
Ensure strong control over team productivity, calling quality, and day-to-day discipline.
Coach team members on pitch, customer handling, objection handling, and conversation quality.
Conduct regular training, coaching, and refresher sessions to improve team performance.
Identify performance gaps and work on timely improvement of team members.
Ensure proper follow-up and responsible lead handling by the team.
Monitor CRM usage and ensure timely and accurate updates.
Coordinate with management and internal teams for smooth workflow and issue resolution.
Build a positive, accountable, and performance-driven team culture.
