Job Summary

Herbsa Care is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead to manage and guide our telecalling team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to achieve team targets, and experience in handling telecalling operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of telecallers.

• Monitor daily team performance and productivity.

• Motivate the team to achieve sales and quality targets.

• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback.

• Handle escalated customer queries when required.

• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.

• Ensure team members follow company policies and processes.

• Coordinate with management to improve team performance.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Team Lead in Telecalling/BPO/Sales.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

• Ability to manage targets and deadlines.

• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
