Job Title: Team Leader – Telesales (Tour & Travel Company)
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader – Telesales to manage and guide a team of telesales executives in a tour and travel company. Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate the telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor outbound and inbound sales calls related to tour packages, hotel bookings, and holiday plans.
Train new telesales executives on sales techniques, travel products, CRM usage, and customer handling.
Develop sales strategies to increase conversions and customer retention.
Handle escalated customer queries and provide effective resolutions.
