Role & responsibilities :

Team Management

• Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team.

• Allocate daily/weekly targets to team members.

• Monitor attendance, productivity and discipline.

• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly and quarterly team sales targets.

• Drive business through Mutual Funds, SIP, Demat, Life Insurance, Term Insurance, FD and other financial products.

• Generate new leads and ensure proper follow-up.

• Support team members in converting leads into customers.

Performance Management

• Track individual and team KPIs.

• Prepare daily sales reports and performance updates.

• Identify underperforming employees and provide coaching.

• Implement corrective actions wherever required.

Training & Development

• Train new employees on products, sales processes and customer handling.

• Conduct regular product and sales training.

• Coach team members on objection handling, negotiation and closing techniques.

Customer & Client Management

• Handle important or escalated customer queries.

• Maintain strong customer relationships.

• Ensure proper documentation and timely processing of client requirements.

Reporting & Coordination

• Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.

• Coordinate with HR, Branch Managers and senior management.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions and revenue.

• Communicate management instructions effectively to the team.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure employees follow company policies and financial-service procedures.

• Check the quality and accuracy of customer documentation.

• Ensure ethical sales practices and proper customer communication.
