Team Leader – Used Car Loan Finance

Job Summary

The Team Leader – Used Car Loan Finance is responsible for leading a team of sales executives or relationship managers to achieve used car loan business targets. The role involves driving business through dealer and Direct Selling Agent (DSA) channels, ensuring high-quality loan sourcing, maintaining portfolio quality, and delivering excellent customer service while adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the used car finance sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

• Develop and maintain relationships with used car dealers, DSAs, brokers, and channel partners.

• Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline, and productivity of team members.

• Ensure timely processing of loan applications and coordination with credit, operations, and collections teams.

• Maintain portfolio quality by ensuring adherence to credit and compliance guidelines.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer network.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
