📋 Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage and grow our Vehicle Insurance team. The ideal candidate should have leadership skills and prior experience in insurance sales.

✅ Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of insurance sales executives
Monitor daily performance and targets
Train and support team members
Drive vehicle insurance sales and renewals
Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in insurance (preferably motor/vehicle insurance)
Prior team handling experience preferred
Good communication and leadership skills
Target-driven and result-oriented
