The Impact You'll Make

As a Team Leader, you will be the driving force behind a motivated group of Counsellors, coordinators, or outreach professionals. You won’t just manage a team—you’ll inspire them to deliver life-changing educational experiences. Your leadership will directly influence how effectively we reach students, improve learning outcomes, and expand our programs to new communities.

Education: Graduate

Experience: 1yr to 10yr

Job Timing: 10:00am To 6:00pm

Gender: Male/Female

Salary Range: 30K - 50K

What You'll Do

Lead, mentor, and motivate your own team to achieve program goals and deliver exceptional results.

Plan, allocate, and monitor tasks to ensure timely completion of educational initiatives.

Coordinate with the Foundation’s leadership to align team efforts with organizational objectives.

Track performance metrics, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement strategies.

Represent SS Education Foundation in community events,college partnerships, and stakeholder meetings.

Ensure smooth communication between your team and other departments for seamless project execution.

Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar leadership role, preferably in education, training, or community development.

The ability to manage and inspire a team you have built or currently lead.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Comfort with basic digital tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, or project management software).
