Astrobase Ecom Services is looking for an experienced and target-driven Telecalling Team Leader (TL) to lead and manage our telecalling sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in handling telecalling targets and team performance.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the telecalling team to achieve daily and monthly targets
Monitor call quality, call flow, and follow-ups
Handle escalations and support team members in closing leads
Prepare and analyze daily/weekly MIS and performance reports
Train new telecallers on pitch, objection handling, and compliance
Ensure adherence to calling processes and CRM updates
Proven experience as a Telecalling TL / Inside Sales TL
Strong people management and coaching skills
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
Experience in B2B/B2C telecalling sales (e-commerce experience preferred)
