We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Team Leader to connect with customers over calls, explain company products/services, generate leads, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound/inbound sales calls to customers

• Explain products and services clearly

• Generate leads and follow up with clients

• Maintain customer database and call records

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Handle customer queries professionally

• Coordinate with sales and support teams

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

• Convincing and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Confidence in handling customer calls

• Ability to work under targets

Qualification

• Graduate or Undergraduate

Preferred

• Experience in Loan

• Depends on experience + incentives
